Impact Safari: Bhutan is an immersive leadership program that explores the design of a new economy and the leadership attributes we need to thrive in the world we are creating. We will explore the stories we tell ourselves, our philosophies of happiness, the power of solitude and the pleasures and pressures of leadership. We will investigate the revolutionary GNH framework as it applies to our businesses. Throughout our learning program we will explore the magnificent country of Bhutan; spend time in schools, monasteries and local businesses; and bask in the majestic nature.
Participants on our Bhutan expedition will be leaders within purpose-led businesses who are seeking an immersive personal development experience. Our expedition to Bhutan will be limited to 16 participants and will be hosted and led by Lillian Kline (Strategy Lead, Small Giants) and Sophie Weldon (CEO and founder, Humankind Enterprises).
